Hi, I’m Johanna

I help high-achieving women recover from burnout and reconnect with their energy, clarity, and joy.

Over a decade ago, I burned out completely.
At the time, I was working in project management for fast-paced creative agencies, juggling tight deadlines, demanding clients, and high-stress environments.

Eventually, the stress — not just from work, but from life circumstances — became too much. The anxiety and tension turned into vertigo and panic attacks. I felt like I would be a failure if I stopped, so I kept pushing through, ignoring all the signals from my body; the tense shoulders, the headaches, the dizziness.

Then my system crashed. I felt like my brain shut down. I would stare at my screen, unable to process what was in front of me. My brain fog was so severe I’d lose my train of thought mid-sentence. I went from being on top of everything to constantly forgetting things.

It was a frightening and isolating time. I didn’t know what was happening or where to turn for help. I kept telling myself I just needed one more good night’s sleep, that I could push through. But instead of getting better, I got worse, until I had no choice but to stop working completely.

My Story

In the months that followed, I began exploring different healing modalities, and that’s when Kundalini Yoga found me.
This practice was the one that really stuck with me and has been a cornerstone of my wellness journey for over 10 years.

As I deepened my practice and my understanding of myself, I realized how powerful the practice was in helping me regulate my nervous system, rebuild my inner strength, and reconnect with myself.

Starting My Healing Journey

Today, I’m a certified 500-hour trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga teacher. I bring together everything I’ve learned from my own recovery, years of personal healing work, and over 16 years in fast-paced creative environments to support others on their path back from burnout.

I know how overwhelming this process can feel and how important it is to have someone by your side who truly understands. My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded, creating the kind of safe space I wish I had when I was navigating my own recovery.

I’m originally from Sweden and have lived in London, San Francisco, and now Lisbon, where I’m enjoying a slower, more aligned lifestyle.

I love traveling, exploring new places, hiking, and spending time in nature.
